At only 2 km from a village with grocery and bakery and 15 minutes from supermarkets and other amenities, we find this beautifully restored house, of which the oldest part dates back to the 16th century. Bergerac airport is 1 hour away, Toulouse 1.5 hours. The TGV station of Agen can be reached in 40 minutes. This house was thoroughly renovated about 20 years ago, whereby the authentic elements were beautifully preserved. Through the original door we enter a spacious hall (32m2) which gives access to the master bedroom of 36m2 on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom (12m2).
